Just bring along 1m of upholstery fabric and your enthusiasm. You will use only natural materials and learn time-honoured upholstery techniques, including:- ~Using an upholstery hammer and tacks ~Webbing using a web-stretching tool ~Creating platforms using hessian ~Traditional stuffing techniques using coconut fibre or horse hair and cotton felt ~Traditional stitch-work including stitching an edge roll ~Covering and cutting using calico and top cover ~Adding a bottom cloth.
